However, some users have recently encountered issues when attempting to redeem their gift cards through the Microsoft Rewards platform (1,2,3,4,5,6,7).

Numerous Microsoft Rewards users are unable to to redeem their points and gift cards as they reportedly encounter an error message that states ‘There’s an issue with your account or order’.

This error message appears both on the Xbox console and the Microsoft Rewards website, making it difficult for users to proceed with their redemptions.

Also, this issue seems to be affecting users from various regions, without any discernible pattern.
