Microsoft Outlook has long been one of the most widely used email clients for both personal and professional use.

Despite its popularity, one of its long-standing limitations has been the inability to sync email signatures across multiple devices and platforms.

This has been a highly requested feature on the Microsoft feedback portal for a while, and the company has finally decided to take action.

According to the Microsoft 365 roadmap, the signature sync feature is already partially available for desktops, and it is expected to be fully released in April 2023.

This means that those using Outlook on their desktops will be able to take advantage of this feature soon. However, it is still unclear when the feature will be available for other platforms.

The ability to sync email signatures across different devices and platforms is a much-needed feature for several users, especially those who use multiple devices to access their email.

Microsoft has not yet revealed how the signature sync feature will work, but it is likely that it will be integrated into the existing signature settings in Outlook.
