Meet Teide, an upcoming jailbreak tweak to organize iOS notifications into cells

The Jailbreak community is as vibrant as ever. It feels as though every other day we are looking at a new jailbreak tweak that does something super useful or interesting.

Checkra1n is regularly updated to support the very latest version of iOS and to fix some little bugs that do crop up once in a while. All in all, this is a solid and relatively safe jailbreak tool.

Now that we have the basics out of the way, today we look at an upcoming jailbreak tweak called Teide. This tweak is brought to us by developer Amodrono and JezWalmsley.

What does Teide do you ask? Well, first of all, it is not out yet so we might not exactly know what this tweak does, but from what we gather, this tweak changes how your iPhone displays Notifications. Tiede does this by organizing them into cells.

With this upcoming jailbreak tweak, you can:

– Change the color of your notifications.

– Organize your notifications into cells.

– Make them more compact using our new notifs style.

The developer also adds that Teide will have a feature like ColorBanners built-in, allowing you to color your notifications based on the app’s icon.

The from what we gather, this might not be a free app, but it will remain crazy affordable. Reports even have it that Tiede might cost as little as $1.

When the tweak finally gets ready, it will be available for download from Amodrono’s repository. The link to which can be accessed here.

As regards when exactly we should see this tweak ready, the Developer says that he should have it ready in under a month. Interested users can also join the beta soon by subscribing to the Developer’s Patreon.
