[Updated] Marvel Unlimited app 'not loading' or 'some pages appear blank' issue acknowledged, fix in the works

Marvel Unlimited is a popular online portal by Marvel Comics where users can read comics inspired by their favorite characters.

It has a collection of over 28,000 Marvel digital comics which is accessible on both the App Store and Google Play Store apart from the official website.

However, in the past few days, some users have been reporting an issue where Marvel Unlimited is not loading or some pages appear blank.

According to user reports, the issue crept up in such a way that it hindered reading as some pages appeared blank, while other users couldn’t download comics.

We’ve added a few reports about the problem below for reference:

Hi. I was having problems loading a lot of pages, and then all the comics I try to open (from the app) wouldn’t. Are the two issues tied? Thank you.(Source)

I’m having yet another bad experience with the app. It suddenly won’t load any comic. It loaded a single page of the last comic I’ve read, which was about a week ago. Any other page or comic can’t load ’em.

As you can tell, many fans have been left frustrated as they aren’t able to read their favorite comics via the Marvel Unlimited app.

Marvel Unlimited support addressed the ‘not loading’ issue

As soon as the issue surfaced, Marvel Support’s team quickly acknowledged the issue and said that they are working towards fixing it.

We are aware of the continuing errors with Marvel Unlimited, and our team is working hard on resolving them ASAP. (Source)

While the team is working its best to resolve the issue, some Redditors also seem to have cracked a code to a possible workaround.

That said, you may want to try loading the comics on the online portal if it’s not working on your smartphone app or vice-versa.

Since the fix is underway, we can only hope for the issue to be resolved soon so that Marvel fans can go back to reading their favorite comics again.
