Madden NFL 24 recently released its new holiday-themed event, ‘Zero Chills’, which is reportedly experiencing issues tracking player log-ins. The developers are aware of the issue, and the team is currently working on a fix.
Madden NFL 24 ‘Zero Chills’ event not tracking
The “Zero Chill” is a holiday-themed event in the Madden NFL 24 Ultimate Team mode, featuring various in-game activities, challenges, and rewards.
Players can earn Stocking Stuffers, forge their own Zero Chill player, and complete the Madden Express Stop Schedule for rewards. The event also introduces new player cards, sets, and challenges, allowing players to earn snowflakes, XP, and level up.
The Zero Chill program offers unique player items, daily login rewards, and special presents that open on Christmas Day. However, according to recent reports, players aren’t receiving their log-in bonuses.
The event is experiencing a bug or issue that is preventing it from tracking the players’ log-ins, thereby restricting the players from receiving the rewards, even though they are eligible.
Among the rewards, the assorted Snowflake currency rewards are one of the most crucial resources. Snowflake currency is a vital resource in Ultimate Team mode and is highly anticipated among players. Unfortunately, due to the bug, they were also deprived of the promised 500 Snowflake points.
