Still having issues with MUT Draft error and now error with solo battles I’ve done everything to try and fix these issues uninstalled the game and reinstalled it didn’t work EA you aren’t fixing it and not letting anyone know why we are having these issues not. Fix this game or I’m going to be requesting my money back for everything I’ve payed for with packs and the game! (Source)

I got a question so my solo draft and solo battles has been glitched for a bit now on madden 24 and it says “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” and I don’t know how to fix it any help would be great. (Source)

Based on multiple reports (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7), it appears that the issue with Madden 24’s Solo Battles mode is more deeply rooted in server-related problems rather than user settings or hardware.

Complaints indicate that many players are consistently encountering a message stating:

“Our Servers cannot process your request at this moment,” whenever they attempt to access the mode.

Considering that Solo Battles is a crucial element of the single-player campaign, this problem is significantly ruining the experience for many players.

Although Madden 24 is only around a month old, it has already encountered a multitude of issues since its release.

These include issues like the absence of the ‘Headliners House Rules’ reward in MUT, the Superstar camera glitch, and more.

Among these problems, the recent Solo Battles issue seems to be the most severe and impactful on the overall player experience.

How to fix Solo Battles not working issue in Madden 24

As the number of complaints continues to rise, players are resorting to their own methods in attempts to resolve the issue.

Among these efforts, a user discovered a potential solution. They suggested that a player must have a maximum of 55 players in their lineup. Including substitutes, in order to access the mode:

Okay so I actually did find a fix. Your team can only have 55 players in the lineup including subs. Not really sure why EA doesn’t broadcast / share this problem with the user but if you have 56 players in your lineup the game won’t let you Queue into a game (Source)

In addition, users have shared various other approaches to address the problem on the official forum.

As of now, there have been no official statements from the developers regarding these issues.

In the meantime, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide an update if and when any further developments arise.

Update 1 (August 28, 2023)
