[Updated] Madden 24 'draft class import' bug still not fixed after Update 1.02, leaves many furious

EA’s Madden 24 is once again facing criticism due to the persistent draft class import bug in the new update 1.02.

Players had hoped that the update would resolve these issues. Regrettably, the bug remains unresolved even after the update.

Anyone know how I can fix this glitch? The draft classes I am downloading off the community are all complete and have face models but when I download them I have the same face 1 for every single player in the class. (Source)

The draft class import bug in Madden 24 occurs when players attempt to import draft classes in Franchise mode.

This glitch results in all imported players sharing identical facial and physique models, along with glitched jerseys.

They’re even the same height, at 6’1″ or 256 cm, creating an eerie scene.

Players were optimistic that this bug would be addressed in the new update 1.02. But reports claim it is still in the game (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)

So far, EA hasn’t presented any solution or statement on this issue. Frustrated by the issue and the lack of solution players had come up with their own fixes.

As per reports, some players managed to resolve the issue by slightly adjusting the weight slider left or right.

However, the solution is reported not to be very consistent.

On a more hopeful note, EA’s support team has officially acknowledged the problem and is seeking more information from players on the official forum:

6:06 pm (IST): This issue has been affecting players for over a month, and despite multiple title updates, it is still not fixed.

10:10 am (IST): This issue going on for a while now, but the latest update seems to have fixed this for some, but the others are still saying that it is not yet resolved. For this to be fixed, players need to import a draft class that was created after the recent update was released.
