Madden 23 missing 99 OVR player pack & Madden 22 missing Rookie Premiere token issues acknowledged

Owned by Electronic Arts, Madden NFL is a football video game series that was first released in 1988. Named after the pro footballer John Madden, the title has influenced several players and coaches in the last few years.

While EA released Madden 22 last year, they recently announced that Madden 23 will be out in August this year. However, those looking forward to the game can pre-order it.

That said, those who pre-ordered Madden 23 are reporting that the 99 OVR player pack is missing. Many are angry and wondering if and when they will get the pack.

Some said they tried refunding the game, preordering it through the game itself, and restarting their system but nothing seems to help right now.

I preordered madden 23 all madden edition and I did not receive my player pack nor my points and I’ve been waiting on a week to get anything and I haven’t.

I Pre-Ordered madden 23 super hype for all the new stuff. Then I never got my points, 99 player, and Outfit I am not asking for a refund but I would love to have all this in game items. Please fix this ASAP.

Thankfully, EA Help has commented on the issue and said the problem is currently under investigation. However, they did not share an ETA on when it will be resolved.

We hope EA developers hand out the missing 99 OVR player pack to those who pre-ordered Madden 23 in the coming days.

Adding another problem to the list, Madden 22 players are complaining that the Rookie Premiere Token is missing even after completing all the objectives required.

I completed all the objectives to get a token. Shows all completed 15/15. But only have 14 in the binder. Restarted, did another solo, opened a pack, did a set. Still don’t have it. Anyone have any ideas?

Happened on June 10, 2022 on Madden NFL 22 Next Gen Version on PS5. I’ve completed all solo challenges and 15 rookie sets, but I’ve only been rewarded with 14 tokens. I believe I didn’t get the token from completing the solos. My missions show as complete for solos as well as tokens but no 15th token in sight.

As it turns out, Madden 22 developers are aware of the missing Rookie Premiere Token issue and said it is currently under investigation. Once again, there is no ETA on when it will be fixed.
