Released in February this year, Lost Ark has been the talk of the town ever since its launch in the Americas and Europe. Developed by Smilegate RPG and published by Amazon Games, the free-to-play MMORPG title is available on PC.

However, technical glitches such as the game crashing when loading Guardian Raids or Chaos Dungeon still frustrate many.

And as if these existing problems weren’t troubling enough, Lost Ark players are now saying that the Super Express mission rewards are extremely misleading for the T3 character (1,2,3,4,5).

Many said they picked their main character for the reward but instead received a large amount of character bound for T1 and T2 mats. Also, there seems to be no way for changing the character once players select it.

Below are some reports from Lost Ark players complaining about the Super Express mission rewards being misleading for T3 characters.

The Reward preview and generall Info of the Mission is extremely Misleading, like many people i just picked it with my Main because u always want to boost your main obviously. There should be an option to change the character or just Reset the whole Mission and get a decent info, I mean this is by far not the first time the Game Design is misleading and honestly just really bad, for example the abyss dungeons difficultys and argos raid. I hope this will get fixxed so People who selected their didnt waste this entire event. Or atleast give T3 Rewards…

A large number of people mistakenly accepted the mission on their main thinking the rewards would be T3 (maybe a T3 catchup) and only had the ability to see the full rewards after selecting a character…which ended up being primarily T1/T2 rewards and a honing buff. Several large threads have popped up with people listing their Region, Server, and character name.

Fortunately, it looks like the forum moderators have reported the issue to the technical team, who are currently investigating the problem.
