League of Legends gemstone missing in Essence Emporium & Chromas for Rebel Caitlyn switched issues acknowledged

The Blue Essence Emporium is now available in League of Legends. However, many players are having trouble acquiring certain items.

League of Legends players are reporting that, after purchasing a pack that includes a Gemstone, they just do not get the item. Also, Chromas for Caitlyn Rebel were switched.

According to reports, the Gemstone item cannot be purchased at the Blue Essence Emporium in League of Legends (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

In some cases, the item is not available inside the store. However, it does appear on the tab within the shop.

Are there gemstones in the blue essence emporium?

I remember in previous emporiums, you could buy bundles for 75K, 100K and 150K that included a gemstone, is it the same for this one, or are they missing and I can’t find them? Just wanted to check if I’d missed an announcement before I blow all of my BE on chromas, cause I’m sitting on 8 gemstones right now!

Plus, I can see there’s a gemstone on the tab within the shop, but can’t see them anywhere inside the store.

Meanwhile, other reports indicate having purchased an item pack that includes the Gemstone. But, after having spent their Blue Essence (the game’s currency), the player never receives the gemstone.

Problem with getting Gemstone in Essence Emporium

So I got the ” Gemstone + Gemstone Knight Icon ” in the Essence Emporium and I’m yet to receive the Gemstone in my inventory. I got the Summoner Icon, but no Gemstone. Or am I misunderstanding anything here?

Another complaint reported by players is the change in Chromas for the Rebel Caitlyn character. It seems that the problem is a bug that changed the color of Chroma Pink to Blue (1, 2, 3).

I was stoked too see how the Chromas look for the new Cait update because i always loved the pink one and was surprised to see it not in my collection but the blue one instead still with the name “caitlyn rebel pink”. then i went to the shop and there it was the pink chroma listed under “caitlyn rebel blue”.

Currently, Riot Games is aware of the issue with the Gemstone in the Blue Essence Emporium and the Rebel Caitlyn switched Chroma. While the first is under investigation, they are working on a fix for the last one.
