If the January 2024 update hasn’t reached your Pixel Watch via OTA, there’s no need to worry. Updates are typically released in phases to manage server loads and ensure a seamless installation process. The same holds true for the latest update. As per the official announcement, the update is set to roll out gradually over the next week, with the timeline varying based on your device and carrier.

Those eager to get the latest software can manually check for updates on their Pixel Watch. To do this make sure that the watch is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Now, go to the Settings menu on your smartwatch and then navigate to System. Tap on the System update option and then Check for updates.

In the System updates menu, users can check if there’s a new update. Once the update becomes available, you’ll be able to download and install it on your watch.

For those still undecided about Google’s smartwatches, Verizon has an amazing deal that’ll take $220 off the Pixel Watch 2 with the purchase of any 5G smartphone, so be sure to check it out.
