Some Janitor AI users are complaining that the ‘Character detail’ or bot description is not loading or showing up.

The character detail is helpful for users to understand the background, motivations, and personality traits of the bot that they are going to chat with.

However, by looking at the reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10), it appears that multiple users have not been able to access the character detail for the past few days.

They claim that the bot description is either not loading correctly or have completely disappeared. In addition to this, they assert that the issue remains persistent across various characters and has perplexed them.

A few also claim to be experiencing difficulties in creating new characters. And this is because they can no longer use descriptions from other bots as references.

This is also bad news for those who use such information before initiating conversations with the bots.

As per the claims, they are unable to understand the bot’s personality traits and predict whether they will have an engaging and meaningful interaction or not.

@janitoraicom As of a few days ago, Character Details aren’t loading any text for me. This is persistent with all characters from what I can see. Is this an already known issue?
