Injustice 2 Mobile players report Raid Rewards missing, issue acknowledged

Injustice 2 Mobile is the smartphones and tablets version of the successful fighting game. Unlike the consoles and PC versions, Injustice 2 Mobile implements a different combat system that takes advantage of touch screens.

The game is free to play, so its monetization is through microtransactions. It also receives new content and challenges constantly to keep players interested.

That said, currently some Injustice 2 Mobile players are facing an issue where their Raid Rewards are missing or unavailable after claiming them (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13).

According to multiple reports, the missing Raid Rewards issue started after the most recent Injustice 2 Mobile update.

League Raid Rewards

Just finished a league raid and I got the rewards for beating the bosses (Gear material, credits etc) but haven’t received the other rewards for finishing the raid. Has anyone else experienced this problem since the update?

It seems there is a glitch that causes some Raid enemies to be easily defeated by the player, which the game detects as ‘suspicious activity’. After that, Raid Rewards will not be available.

Just finished a league raid

Just beat the final phase of Brainiac and when I finished the game said something like “unusual game activity detected” (or something like that, I can’t quite remember) and now despite the damage registering and me claiming my rewards, they are nowhere to be found. Has this happened to anyone else?

Dealing with the same issue right now. Basically one-shot Brainiac on the final stage and the damage registered, raid over but no rewards. I got a ticket in but if it’s this big of an issue I’m guessing NR will probably give some free gems and not do much else. I knew I shouldn’t got back on this game.

Some players are concerned about the integrity of their accounts. After all, if the game considers them to be cheating, their accounts could be in danger of being banned.

The Injustice 2 Mobile developers are already aware of the issue in question and are investigating. There are no details on an ETA for a fix at the moment.
