Ed Sheeran fans who were hoping to see him perform in Las Vegas concert are now wondering how to get a refund for their tickets.

In the world of live music, nothing can be more disappointing than eagerly awaiting a concert only to have it canceled at the last minute.

Why was the concert canceled?

Ed Sheeran, known for his chart-topping hits like ‘Shape of You’, had to make a difficult decision due to an unexpected safety issue that threatened the concert’s success.

On that fateful Saturday evening, Ed Sheeran took to Instagram to explain the unfortunate turn of events to his devoted fans.

He revealed that a safety issue had emerged, leading to the postponement of the highly anticipated Las Vegas show.

It turned out that Ed Sheeran and his dedicated team were in the process of setting up their equipment for soundcheck when they discovered a flooring problem.

Crucially, the rubber tiling, which ensures the stability of the stage setup, had come unstuck, causing two towering structures to shift overnight by approximately a foot each.

This unexpected development posed a significant safety hazard that they couldn’t ignore. Consequently, they have rescheduled the show for October 28.
