There are numerous benefits to having multiple Google accounts as they can be used to keep your private and personal lives separate.

You can also use multiple accounts to pursue various interests and hobbies.

If you do use Google Photos on each of these accounts, you may need to switch between the accounts. Perhaps even transfer photos from one to another.

It takes only a couple of clicks to change Google Photos accounts. But transferring photos can be somewhat more difficult.

If you are concerned about the same, let us help you. In this article, we will explore two different methods using which you can transfer Google Photos to another account successfully.

Note: Both the methods are only applicable for the Google Photos web version.

Method 1: Download and upload

  • Go to Google Photos
  • Log in to your first account
  • Choose all the photos you want to transfer
  • Tap on the ‘download all’ button
  • Log in to the second Google Photos account
  • Press the ‘upload’ button

From here, you will get two options to upload the photos. You can either upload through ‘computer’ or go with the ‘Google Drive’ option.

Additionally, after uploading your photos, you can directly add them to an album which is quite convenient.
