It’s Halloween and everyone’s getting their costumes ready, buying candies, snacks, alcohol and everything that makes the party ‘happening’.

However, many are disappointed to find that they can’t order these things from their favorite store as it’s currently experiencing some issues.

Gopuff app down or not working

Many users of the Gopuff app and website are reporting that the service is down or not working at the moment. Whenever they try to order something, the page doesn’t load and shows an error message.

@gopuff @Gopuff_Support you are the only carrier of a few products I need and your app is down for a few hours? What’s good? Do I now have to pay the late fee since it’s after 10 or 11 when you’re back up and running? #gopuffdown

The service has been down for a few hours now and affected users have taken to social media to express their concerns.

While many are stuck on the home page, some are getting the ‘timeout of 10000ms exceeded’ error message while trying to checkout on the website.

There is a possibility that the servers are unable to cope with the rise in the number of customers during the Halloween season.

Fortunately, the Gopuff team is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it as soon as possible. However, they did not share an ETA for the fix.

We hope the developers are able to find the root cause behind the problem and fix it at the earliest.

10:00 am (IST): The lack of new reports related to outage indicates that the service is working properly again.
