Pixel phone fans in Europe are in luck, as the latest Google Pixel 8 series availability has been extended to 4 new major markets, reaching millions of new potential users.

Now, people in Austria, Belgium, Portugal, and Switzerland can seamlessly purchase both the Pixel 8 and the Pixel 8 Pro through the official Google Store, without having to rely on third-party resellers or resort to importing.

These 4 new markets in Europe welcome the Google Pixel 8 series

The prices of the company’s latest mobile devices vary a little depending on the country of availability, since each one has its own taxes and other particular fees.

The price list for each Pixel 8 model in the new European markets is as follows:

Pixel 8

  • Portugal: From €829
  • Austria: From €799
  • Switzerland: From CHF 719
  • Belgium: From €799

Pixel 8 Pro

  • Portugal: From €1.139
  • Austria: From €1.099
  • Switzerland: From CHF 999
  • Belgium: From €1.099

Unlike other regions where the devices have been available before, there doesn’t seem to be any launching offer that includes freebies (like Pixel Buds or Pixel Watch). However, at least those interested in the Pixel 8 series who live in those countries can now officially access these flagship phones, and they will still get the Google One Premium (2 TB) promo covered in this story.

That said, currently, the complete list of markets in which the Pixel 8 series is available reaches 20 countries, and they are as follows:

  • Denmark
  • Ireland
  • France
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • Japan
  • Netherlands
  • Norway
  • Portugal
  • Singapore
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
  • Taiwan
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

On the other hand, the previous generation (the Pixel 7 series) is currently available in 17 markets, which are:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • Denmark
  • France
  • Germany
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Japan
  • Netherlands
  • Norway
  • Puerto Rico
  • Singapore
  • Spain

Let’s hope that the availability list grows more and more over time, reaching previously unexplored markets where there are surely numerous fans eager to have official Google Pixel device support in their countries.
