FUT Mobile players unable to claim Flight pass, issue acknowledged

Developed by EA Mobile and published by EA Sports, FUT (FIFA Ultimate Team) Mobile is a football simulation video game available on mobile devices.

Not long ago, FUT Mobile players were reporting an issue where they were unable to claim their Spring Showdown rewards. And now it seems that gamers are again having trouble with the video game.

Many FUT Mobile players are now reporting (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) that they are unable to claim their Flight pass as they aren’t getting Flight credits even after completing the required tasks.

Players say that their Flight credit shows nothing even after they claim the Flight credit points from daily quests.

Here are some reports for reference:

So I did my daily missions, gathered around 400 Star Pass credits (including both daily packs and the 200 credit pack), but still at Flight Pass I’m at 0/200. Anyone else facing this issue or am I missing something and need intravenous caffeine ASAP? (Source)

No, I see 240 total flight credits in the daily quests. I completed both quests but only received 120 flight credits for some reason. *edit: see what you mean. I probably claimed one as Tourism Credits before they fixed it in the CU. Then I probably claimed the other one after (Source)

Moreover, some players have also reported that they are only receiving half of the total Flight credits.

Luckily, EA support didn’t take too long to acknowledge this issue and they have confirmed that the team is working to resolve it as soon as possible. However, there’s no ETA for the fix.

Unfortunately, we haven’t come across any potential workaround that can temporarily fix this issue. So, it seems those affected have to wait until devs address this bug.
