The upcoming Fortnite Solo Cash Cup is facing an issue as players are reporting that they are unable to queue for the tournament. However, the developers have acknowledged the issue and are currently working on a fix.

Fortnite Players unable to queue into Fortnite Solo Cash Cup

The Fortnite Solo Cup is a competitive tournament where players have the opportunity to win cash prizes. It is a popular event that spans two rounds, with cash rewards given to those who achieve a Victory Royale in Round 2.

Round 1 follows a standard format, with players given three hours to complete up to 10 matches and earn points based on placement and eliminations. The top players from Round 1 qualify for Round 2, where they compete for a chance to win cash prizes.

However, according to multiple player reports, it appears that they are unable to queue for the tournament. Players’ have been waiting for weeks for the tournament, yet this issue is ruining their anticipation.

This issue is reportedly not happening to every player. According to the reports, thousands of players can be seen participating in the tournament and progressing, yet the affected players are seeing no progress in the queues.

Official acknowledgement

Acknowledging the increasing number of reports, the developers at Epic have acknowledged the issue and assured players that they are actively working on a fix. They will soon release a fix to address the problem.

In the meantime, it is recommended that if a player joins a party with a console player and then leaves the party, they should be able to queue for the Solo Cash Cup.
