Fortnite has risen back from its slumber. Yes, the game is back online with a new look and content as well. The game was sucked into a vortex, after which there was complete blackout. And now, Epic games has released the trailer for Chapter 2 which shows all new map and teases new content.

The trailer was revealed by the official Fortnite handle on Twitter. It starts off showing the other side of Black hole and players seemingly on a new map. Then come the different mechanics which are added in the new Season.

While leaks gave a sneak peek on what players can expect (like Battle pass), the new official trailer confirms the leaked information.

This Season will see the addition of mechanics such as swimming, hiding, fishing and picking up downed teammates. Boats are also an attractive add-on to the game. The new update – that released on October 15 – gave the players a whole new map to get those Victory Royales.

The new Point of Interests that were revealed are:

  1. Retail Row
  2. Power Plant
  3. Salty Springs
  4. Weeping Woods
  5. Lazy Lake
  6. Dirty Docks
  7. Misty Meadows
  8. Sweaty Sands
  9. Slurpy Swamp
  10. Claggy Cliffs

These are all the major points of interest from the map reveal. Epic has managed to curb the building meta by adding new ones, but it seems the builders won’t affected much. The rivers run throughout the map, which will make it easier to commute to places far off using the boat.
