If you are into fighting video games, you must have heard of the decades-old Mortal Combat series. Mortal Combat X uses Unreal Engine 3 and was released in April of 2015.

Developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, the game is set 25 years after its predecessor.

The game was added to the Xbox Game Pass in 2018, three years after the release of the PC version.

Some reviewers have dubbed Mortal Kombat X as the best game in the series when it comes to the story, characters, and graphics.

Got both MKX and MK11 on sale yesterday and didn’t even get to the first fight in the story mode on MKX before the whole system turns off. Haven’t even wanted to try MK11 because of it. Any fixes besides uninstalling and reinstalling? Already tried that but getting the same results.

I bought the game on Xbox series S, but as soon as I start story mode and start the quick time event the image freezes and my console just turns off. Does anyone know what it can be or how to solve it?
