[Update: Problem finding a match] Fall Guys down, not working, or throwing 'Failed to login' error message? You're not alone

Fall Guys is a popular free-to-play battle royale game that is available on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Windows.

The game involves 60 players who compete against each other. And just like any battle royale game, the player who makes it until the end is crowned the winner.

However, many Fall Guys players are lately reporting that the game is currently down or not working for them.

If you’re among those Fall Guys players who are struggling with logging in, find solace in the fact that you aren’t the only one having issues with the game.

Many gamers have taken to Twitter to report that Fall Guys is currently down or not working for them and it is throwing a ‘Failed to login’ error message. Moreover, user reports on Reddit (1, 2, 3) also convey the same.

Here are some reports for reference:

The game keeps saying “failed to login, please check your connection” but my internet is fine and I can play all my other games online. I’ve tried restarting my console and everything. Nothing is working.. (Source)

We haven’t come across any workaround that might help you temporarily fix the problem. That means you’ll have to wait until devs come up with a definitive fix.

Unfortunately, the Fall Guys support team hasn’t yet acknowledged this issue and we hope that it gets fixed soon since players are unable to access the game.

05:25 pm (IST): It appears that the recent issue with Fall Guys has now been resolved as we haven’t come across any fresh user reports on Twitter.

04:55 pm (IST): Many Fall Guys players are now reporting (1, 2, 3) an issue where they are unable to enter a match as they get ‘Problem finding match’ error.

Luckily, Fall Guys support has acknowledged the issue and said that they are investigating it. However, they did not provide any ETA for the fix.
