Due to this issue, players either time out and get disconnected from the game or it completely crashes for them, resulting in a very dissatisfactory experience for many of them.

Also, this frequent crashing doesn’t seem to be triggered by any particular event or instance in the game and happens at random intervals of time.

Players have been reporting this issue for the past few days and said that they started experiencing it after updating the game to v1.200.100 on their PlayStation 4 (PS4).

I don’t know about a code. I know after it had Suggested Options or Report. I’ve reported all the crashes through the PS4. I assume to Sony and then on to you? I hope.

Game hard crashes too often now…It’s happened twice back to back where the game will hard crash while playing. Meaning I get all the way to Dark ones only for it to crash and not get the points. Happened ever since updating the game

Some have tried troubleshooting methods like uninstalling and reinstalling the game and starting a new save but the issue persists.

Issue acknowledged

Fortunately, Saber support didn’t take too long to acknowledge this issue and said that they are currently investigating it. However, they did not provide any ETA for the fix.
