Escape from Tarkov KS-23 still bugged (shoots too low) despite 'fix' going live months ago

Escape from Tarkov is a popular Battle Royale title that gained massive popularity because of its realistic physics. It is interesting to note that the game is still in closed beta despite having launched five years ago.

Developed and published by Battlestate Games, players join matches called raids where they have to fight bots amongst other players. The ultimate goal is to survive the match and reach the extraction point.

Recently, many complained about Scav Vests and TV Rig issues that surfaced after the recent update and air filter not giving skill bonus XP boost.

And now, many Escape from Tarkov players are saying (1,2,3,4,5) that the KS-23 is still bugged and shoots below the aiming point. Reports are still coming in despite the developers saying the problem was fixed in October last year.

The following bugs have been fixed:
Sniper Scavs in the Shoreline location were ignoring players;
Ergonomics stats did not change when adding weapon parts and mods while in a raid;
The TOZ KS-23M shotgun was hitting below the aiming point;

Many say the KS-23 iron sights are inaccurate with the gun shooting too low. Here are some reports from Escape from Tarkov players complaining about the KS-23 being bugged.

KS-23 iron sights are incredibly off, aiming for head at the farthest gun range dummy results in lower left stomach hits. Was wondering why I always had 0 hits in 5+ shots. Using a brand new shotgun, holding breath, and aiming down sights is incredibly unreliable with any range. Shots always land down and slightly to the left. Aiming at the closest gun range dummy results in torso shots, aiming at the farthest dummy results in shots landing on the left side of the stomach. Was wondering why I literally could never land barrikade shots even when crouching, lining up and holding breath. Iron sights are terrible, so don’t ADS with it.(Source)

Is Ks-23 broken? So I tried the Ks-23 for the first time yesterday. I shot the scav sniper on checkpoint from the mountain next to the road on customs. I used the 700mm barrel and barrikada slug, aimed for his chest and didnt hit him with 6 shots. Can someone explain what is going on with this gun?
