However, an issue has been spoiling the user experience for Nintendo Switch users playing with a controller.

It seems that Fortnite players are unable to gift cosmetics, bundles, or Battle Pass using the Nintendo Switch controller.

It is possible that the said issue might be widespread as it is being investigated by Epic Games.

The Fortnite developer and publisher is aware of the said issue with the Nintendo Switch controller.

While this might mean that a fix might be looked into, Epic Games has not provided much clarity on the matter.

However, affected players can still gift content as the developer and publisher has shared a workaround for the same.

This is not exactly a fix for the said issue but it does solve the problem until a permanent fix arrives.

So, if you are among those affected by the issue with the controller, be sure to try this workaround.
