EA Sports FC 24: Why are you not receiving the hero pack after pre-ordering?

EA Sports FC 24 players are reporting that despite pre-ordering the game in August, they have not received the UCL Hero pack. In light of this ongoing issue, EA’s support team has provided clarification.

Players who pre-ordered EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Team were eligible to claim a free UCL/UWCL Hero pack by logging into Ultimate Team.

These UCL/UWCL Heroes are 19 new players reimagined by Marvel as comic book characters, featuring both a base version and a UEFA Champions League or UEFA Women’s Champions League version to honor their achievements.

Once the hero is released in the game, a pack containing the specific player becomes available in the Ultimate Team store, which the players can open and add to their squad. The UCL/UWCL Heroes have higher ratings compared to their base items, reflecting their memorable European moments.

However, according to player reports, even after pre-ordering the game in August, players are not seeing the pack in their games.

To address the concerns regarding the missing Hero Packs, official support has intervened to clarify the situation. According to a statement from an EA community manager on the official EA support forum, EA will begin granting the pack to entitled players starting from November 27th, 2023.

As of the time of writing this article, the specified date has already passed. Therefore, it is highly recommended to exercise patience as EA will distribute the packs to all players in the upcoming days.

Additionally, according to an official disclaimer, login bonuses for early players will be granted between December 18, 2023, and January 16, 2024. These bonuses require subsequent logins with the same EA Account in the Ultimate Team mode.
