EA Sports FC 24 players can't submit SBC on the companion app

EA Sports FC 24 players have reported that they are unable to submit Squad Building Challenges (SBC) using the smartphone companion app. The developers are aware of this issue and are actively working on a fix for it.

EA Sports FC 24 is a popular video game featuring Ultimate Team™ Squad Building Challenges (SBCs).

These challenges enable players to construct unique squads using their Player Items based on different requirements, which can then be submitted to earn rewards. Various resources are available to assist players in completing SBCs and enhancing their Ultimate Team squads.

Players typically use the companion app on their smartphones to submit their SBCs. However, according to reports, they are unable to use the app to submit their challenges and are encountering a “Failed to submit challenge” error when attempting to do so.

In response to the increasing number of reports, the community team of EA has acknowledged that they are aware of the issue. There is no official ETA for the fix so far, but the support has hinted that soon they will issue an update, addressing the error.

To submit a Squad Building Challenge (SBC) through the EA Sports FC 24 Companion App, follow these steps:

• Access the SBC Tab: Select “Ultimate Team” from the main menu, navigate to the SBC Tab, and open Squad Building Challenges.
• Choose the Challenge: Select the SBC you want to complete. As you complete challenges, you will unlock more SBCs.
• Build Your Squad: Use items from your club or from the transfer market to build a squad that meets the challenge requirements.
• Submit the Squad: Complete the challenge by submitting your squad and earn rewards. Once you submit an SBC, you can’t change it or take it back, as the items you’ve submitted are permanently removed from your club in exchange for rewards.

If you encounter issues while submitting an SBC, such as a “Failed to Submit Challenge” error, you can try the following solutions:

• If you encounter a “Failed to Submit Challenge” error, try going out of Ultimate Team and going back in. If you’re in the Companion App, quit the app and boot it back up.
• If you cannot submit the squad through the Companion App, you may need to try a different combination of players or complete the SBC on your console.

These are some temporary workarounds. There is no surety that these will work every time. We highly recommend waiting for the upcoming official fix for the issue.
