EA FC 24 players seeing 'you must assign a manager' despite having a manager

EA FC 24 players are reporting a new error that commands the player to ‘assign a manager’, even though they already have. The issue is severe, as it is halting players from joining matches. The developers are aware of the issue and working on a fix.

Ea FC 24 makes it necessary to assign a manager to each of the players’ teams in order to play with them. A manager takes the role of the strategist, who offers play styles that best suit the player’s taste.

The recent updates claim that even after assigning a manager to the team, the game is showing a ‘you must assign a manager’ error. Frustrated by the issue, many players took to social media to share their grievances.

So far, there is no official reasoning available as to what is causing this absurd issue with the game. But some reports are showing that, weirdly, the issue occurs when the players assign an Asian, particularly a Korean, manager to the team.

With the pilling reports, the devs soon caught wind of the situation and shared an official statement, replying to a user. According to the statement, the team is investigating the issue, and soon they will share an update on the status of the problem.

Till the devs works on a fix, here are some potential solutions to fix this issue:

• Remove the current manager from the squad and assign a different manager item.
• Delete the current active squad and assign a different active squad.
• Try using a different manager item.
• Restart the game and your system multiple times.
• Close all EA-related files in the Task Manager and change your manual date to a specific date, then restart the EA app.
• Change a ‘common’ manager to a ‘rare’ one.

All of these are custom workarounds, the results are may vary so use them with caution.
