The Division 2, the popular online multiplayer shooter developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft, recently introduced a highly anticipated event known as the Nexus Apparel Event. This event, brimming with a cyberpunk theme, aimed to provide players with the opportunity to acquire an array of stylish in-game cosmetic items. However, a frustrating issue has emerged as Division 2 players report not receiving the completion reward for the Nexus Apparel Event.

Division 2 players not receiving completion reward for Nexus Apparel Event

The Nexus Apparel Event arrived with a bang. It offers Division 2 players 33 new cyberpunk-themed cosmetic items, including 5 outfits and a single new uniform. This event caters to Warlords of New York owners who have successfully completed the New York campaign. The event garnered a great deal of excitement as players geared up to obtain these new and visually striking cosmetics.

Despite the enthusiasm surrounding the Nexus Apparel Event, a significant issue quickly came to light. Several players who diligently collected all the available cosmetics have expressed their dismay at not receiving the completion reward. Specifically, the completion reward for the Nexus Apparel Event includes the Power Bank Eyewear, Power Bank Backpack, Power Bank Gloves, and Power Bank Uniform.

The frustration among Division 2 players affected by this issue is palpable. The absence of these completion rewards is a major disappointment for players who had invested time and effort into obtaining all the event’s items.

With completion rewards missing, the satisfaction of achieving their in-game goals was replaced by annoyance and disappointment. This problem not only impact players gaming experience but also leads to frustration due to the unfulfilled expectation of obtaining these exclusive cosmetic rewards.

Issue acknowledged

Thankfully, Ubisoft Support is not turning a blind eye to this issue. The company is well aware of the problem and has responded promptly to address player concerns.
