Just in case you’re trying to get your head around why Disney World Genie Plus isn’t working for you, find solace in the fact that you aren’t the only one facing issues lately.

A quick look at the micro-blogging site Twitter conveys there are many others affected by the same issue.

As per reports, while some say the service isn’t working or broken for them, others it throws an error or notification stating – “ selections aren’t losing at this time”

Down detector – a popular service that gives information about live outages – also conveys that Genie Plus service of Disney World is indeed going through a glitch in certain regions.

Unfortunately, Disney support team hasn’t yet acknowledged the issue with Genie Plus and we hope that they fix it soon since users aren’t able to use the service.

05:40 pm (IST): Disney World Genie Plus is currently down for some users (1,2,3).

05:46 pm (IST): The lack of fresh reports indicate that Disney Genie Plus is working properly again.

09:29 am (IST): According to the user (1,2,3) reports, there was an outage hours ago, which seems to have resolved now.

04:45 pm (IST): Some users appear to be facing issues with Genie+ and have taken to Reddit to seek help. Downdetector also shows a sharp spike in reports indicating issues with the service.

06:45 pm (IST): The recent outage appears to have been resolved.
