Disney Dreamlight Valley 'mustache stuck on character' after 'Pride of the Valley' update (workaround inside)

The Disney Dreamlight Valley recently received ‘Pride of the Valley’ update, which brings bug fixes to known issues, and gameplay improvements.

For instance, this update addresses the issues where gamers could not initiate a hang-out with Eric and feed critters if a training manual was present in their inventory.

The patch also adds an all-new Realm ‘Dream Castle: The Lion King’, questlines relating to Simba and Nala, and some optional items that are available at Scrooge McDuck’s Store.

However, some are unhappy.

Multiple Disney Dreamlight Valley players (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) are facing an issue where a mustache gets stuck on the player’s character after completing the Nala quest. Allegedly, they are unable to change or remove the mustache.

Due to this some are annoyed and have taken to the web forums to complain about the same.

One of the affected players says that after the recent update, the character customization section of the game has glitched out. They also mention that they are unable to modify or remove the mustache they had put on for Nala’s quest.

Another gamer also alleges to be facing this issue on their Nintendo Switch. However, they claim that they were easily able to remove the mustache on a device with touch screen.

They are experiencing frequent crashes after the latest patch as well.

Gamers are now requesting the developers to fix this glitch as soon as possible.

Fortunately, we did come across a potential workaround that may help solve your problem. A Redditor suggests that you save your game progress, exit the game and then launch it back, in order to fix the problem.

We do hope that Gameloft Montreal fixes this glitch soon.
