Discord users have voiced their frustration over not receiving notifications for servers and direct messages (DMs).

Servers serve as communication group for communities, and missing notifications can lead to a sense of disconnection from ongoing discussions and events.

Similarly, failing to receive DM notifications can result in missed conversations and delayed responses, which can be especially problematic in time-sensitive situations or when coordinating with other users.

Some have also reported that notifications for threads simply don’t show up on their Android devices, despite functioning perfectly on their PCs.

I’ve had this issue for a long time now and can’t find any fix. I only get notifications for @s or dm requests I’m not sure why all my settings are set to notify at new messages in all my servers and are enabled in the settings.

Users say they only get notifications once they open the Discord app.

This issue seems to be specific to Android, as users report that notifications work seamlessly on PCs but fail to come through on their mobile devices.

Discord’s mobile app has become an integral part of the platform’s user experience, allowing individuals to stay connected and engaged on the go.

Given the significant number of Discord users who primarily access the platform through their Android devices, it is crucial for the company to address this notifications issues promptly.
