Diablo Immortal still crashing in Vault

According to reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9), multiple Diablo Immortal players are experiencing crashing issues while entering different floors in Vault or on exiting from it.

Allegedly, the game freezes for a few seconds and crashes instantly once a gamer tries to access another floor.

It’s worth noting that some are experiencing such crashing issues when in the Forgotten Tower or exiting from the Tomb of Fahir.

Due to this, the gaming experience ends up being spoiled. Apparently, one has to make use of the unstuck feature to move their character to a safe location after the game crashes.

Some are also getting frustrated as they have to login more frequently after installing the latest patch.

Interestingly, a player alleges to be experiencing such crashes whenever vault’s contents are being loaded into the memory while another game is being updated by the launcher in the background.

According to one of those affected, the issue had been resolved earlier but has popped up once again after the latest Season 13 update.

Gamers also believe that developers can avoid such critical flaws if a reliable way to report issues or convey one’s feedback is introduced.

They are now requesting Blizzard Entertainment to fix this issue, so that they can enjoy playing the game without any hiccups.

Official acknowledgment

Blizzard Entertainment had officially acknowledged this issue a few weeks back and stated that they were working on fixing it. But since then, there have been no new updates about the same.

Potential workaround

Fortunately, we did come across a potential workaround that might help solve your problem. A Blizzard forum member recommends that you combat and defeat the Immortals on the third floor itself.

After this, you will not experience any crashes.
