Diablo 4 players are facing an issue where they are unable to claim some Battle Pass rewards.

The Battle Pass is a progression system that allows players to earn new cosmetic items, quality-of-life upgrades, and other goods just by completing the game challenges.

These challenges range from simple tasks like killing some enemies to more complex ones like completing specific dungeons.

However, numerous Diablo 4 players (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) have been lately encountering difficulties while claiming some Battle Pass rewards. And this is happening even when they have reached the required levels to claim them.

Gamers have noticed that certain items such as the Artisan knickers, Coldiron greaves, Druid staff, Mace and others are not appearing in their wardrobe after being claimed.

Some are even being shown the ‘Inspect’ and ‘Buy Tier’ choices instead of the anticipated ‘Claim’ option. In addition to this, players have observed that nothing happens when they tap on the ‘Buy Tier’ button as well.

I cannot claim lvl 50 in season rewards “Awoken Coldiron Bracers” I can inspect or buy tier, however I am past lvl 50, currently on lvl 83. I have restarted the client and still no change.

A gamer complains that they are unable to claim the Awoken Coldiron Hauberk reward even after reaching Tier 80 of the Season 1 Battle Pass. They mention that the option to claim it is missing.

Another player asserts that they cannot claim ‘the helmet’ after reaching Level 89.

On PS5, I’ve gotten to tier 33 in the battle pass, and am able to collect the new rewards but for some reason I’m unable to claim the tier 30 Coldiron Gauntlets. I’ve seen that multiple people on PC have had this issue and restarting battlenet fixed it for them.

This issue has been persistent for more than a week and is affecting gamers across multiple platforms. Those affected are now requesting the developers to fix this gltich as soon as possible.

Official acknowledgment and potential workaround

Fortunately, the Blizzard support team has officially acknowledged this issue and is currently working on fixing it. They suggest that you try relogging into the game or restarting it for a potential fix.
