Checkpoints are used to mark one’s progress in a dungeon or area. In the event that a gamer dies, they will respawn at the last checkpoint that they reached.

And if they fail to reach any checkpoint, they will respawn at the beginning of the dungeon. The lack of checkpoints for sure adds an extra layer of challenge and difficulty to the game.

Players allege that they often end up dying before they can even make it to a checkpoint and save their progress. In addition to this, they get revived at the town and have to play the dungeon from the beginning.

As per the claims, this is especially noticeable in the Nightmare Dungeons. And this is, without a doubt, quite frustrating and annoying.

One of those impacted says that even after completing some objectives, and killing a few bosses, they get teleported back to the dungeon entrance once they die.

To be honest with the aspect it becomes a great nuke and increased minion survivability with 3 + elites. But yea it being a min cd feels like a wasted slot most of the time.
