[Updated] Destiny 2 'weapon crafting Quests & Triumphs' not progressing or completing & 'Next Artifact Unlock' stuck on 0/1 issues acknowledged

Destiny 2 recently received v6.3.0.4 update which fixed some of the known issues as well as made certain changes to the gameplay.

For instance, it improved the audio of supplicant spawns and fixed a bug where the final encounter would not drop rewards repeatedly in the weekly featured dungeon.

The update also addressed problems where players were unable to reset their artifact if unlock points were depleted and the sprint reticle was missing in the player HUD.

However, Destiny 2 is back in the news as some players are having difficulties with the game.

According to reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10), multiple gamers are facing difficulties progressing in the game as they are unable to complete any quest that involves weapon crafting.

Due to this issue, players are unable to unlock new quests and may get stuck at some point.

@BungieHelp I get qualichors but none of them show up in my inventory and I can’t compete the memory alembic quest line. What do I do?

My friend finished the initial wish ender quest but he only got one of the tokens (the one where you have to kill the ogre at the end of the dungeon) is there any way to fix it for him?

Some (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) are facing similar issues with ‘Triumphs’. Triumphs are the objectives that when completed can be redeemed for rewards.

According to reports, the triumph score also gets affected due to some glitched quests, which makes it impossible to redeem for rewards.

I’ve soloed the dungeon 3 times now and the triumph won’t unlock for me, it’ll show it on my screen when I beat it but when I check the triumph tab it’s not there. Is it bugged or am I buggin

@BungieHelp hello, I have an issue with triumphs not showing up in the Seraph seal, how can I get this looked at? I’ve completed 8/9 for seal, and need this secret triumph fixed? Any suggestions ?

The bug has been persistent for quite some time, and developers are yet to resolve it.

Fortunately, the issue has been acknowledged by Bungie support and is currently being investigated.

Although, no official ETA has been provided for the fix.

According to reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8), multiple players are facing another issue where the ‘Next Artifact Unlock’ option for mods has reset and stuck at 0/1 for some.

The issue seems to have popped up after a recent update. Earning XP and completing activities does not modify XP tracker’s value, which makes it impossible to progress.

@Destiny2Team Hey I’m having an issue where my artifact was reset after the patch and now it’s not showing progress towards my next unlock

After the hot fix, I can no longer progress the seasonal artifact. I’m stuck at 24/25. “Next Artifact Unlock” says 0/1.

Bungie is aware of this bug and says it’s a visual-only issue as players can still earn additional Artifact unlocks by earning XP.

That said, we will keep an eye on the issue where quests and triumphs are not progressing in Destiny 2 and update it when new information becomes available.

08:40 am (IST): A maintenance is currently underway on the Destiny 2 servers that seeks to fix the issue affecting player progress during weapon crafting Quests and Triumphs, among others.

There is still no ETA for the game to be available again.
