Destiny 2 'Dungeon Key' missing after purchasing 'Deluxe Edition' for some players

The Witch Queen Deluxe Edition and the Lightfall Annual Pass were marketed as exciting expansions to the Destiny 2 experience, enticing players with new content, gear, and activities.

The promise of exclusive access to dungeons was a significant selling point for these premium editions, and players eagerly purchased them to delve into the challenging depths and reap the rewards that awaited them.

But Destiny 2 players were met with disappointment and frustration when they realized that they didn’t receive the Dungeon Key they were promised (1,2,3,4,5,6,7).

The ‘Dungeon Key’ has become an integral part of Destiny 2, providing players with access to challenging and rewarding dungeons.

These activities offer unique gameplay experiences, powerful loot, and often serve as significant milestones within the game’s narrative.

Naturally, players who invested in the deluxe edition or annual pass were excited about the prospect of unlocking these exclusive dungeons.

However, several players say they haven’t received the ‘Dungeon Key’ that was part of the package during purchase.

I bought the anniversary edition at beginning of light fall and I thought it’s supposed to give me the dungeon key because my friends have it too

Upon encountering this issue, affected players followed the recommended course of action by reaching out to customer support.

They received a reply suggesting that they could acquire the missing Dungeon Key from either Rahool or Shaw. Unfortunately, upon visiting these vendors, players discovered that the key was nowhere to be found.

I bought the Destiny 2: The Witch Queen Deluxe + Bungie 30th Anniversary Bundle but I didn’t receive the Dungeon for Duality and Spire of the Watcher(I can’t access both of them) I raised a ticket and I got a reply that I can receive it from Rahool or Shaw, I checked both of them but didn’t find it.

The confusion and frustration deepened further for players who purchased the Lightfall Annual Pass.

When attempting to initiate the quest from Hawthorne to enter the dungeon, they were met with a disappointing message stating that they did not own the key and would need to repurchase it.

This obviously left players feeling perplexed as they had already invested in the annual pass and should have had access to its associated content.

Unfortunately, we haven’t come across any potential workaround that can fix the missing Destiny 2 Dungeon Key.

So, it seems those affected will have to wait until Bungie addresses this bug.
