[Updated] Citizens Bank app down or not working? You're not alone

Citizens Bank, owned and operated by Citizens Financial Group, Inc, is an American bank that offers financial services in 11 states.

As per the data, the bank had 1003 branches, 4 wealth centers, and 3100 ATMs as of June 2022. It also has a dedicated app that lets its account holders to operate their accounts remotely.

The app was working fine until some users started reporting issues accessing it. So, if you’re currently unable to use the app on your device, then find consolation in knowing that you aren’t the only one facing problems lately.

As per the reports, the Citizens bank app is currently down or not working for a section of users and those affected aren’t able to use any services from the app.

Downdetector – a popular service that gives information about live outages – also conveys that Citizens bank app is indeed going through a glitch in multiple regions.

Fortunately, the support team has acknowledged this outage and confirmed that they are working to resolve it. However, there’s no ETA on the fix.
