In addition to this, some are unable to sign in to the platform and access it. They frequently get a ‘SORRY, WE DROPPED A DUMBBELL. Please try again shortly‘ error while trying to access the app.

And to make matters worse, one cannot access their personalized workout programs even from the web portal as well. Notably, the issue seems to be affecting users across multiple regions and devices.

Some claim that they are unable to log in to their accounts and receive messages about session expiration while trying to do so.

And what is more frustrating is that they have been experiencing such issues consistently for the last few weeks.

Although if one somehow manages to login to the portal, they still cannot access any of the enrolled workout programs.

You need to start talking in terms of definite timelines for fixing the issue. If you are unable to fix it, you need to be honest about that too. You also need to be honest about how you will compensate people who still have subscriptions but have been unable to use the app.

Users have tried clearing the app and browser cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the client, but to no avail. Sadly, they cannot get rid of the problem by switching to different browsers and devices as well.

People are so frustrated with the constant outages and disconnections that they are now thinking of quitting the platform altogether.
