The popular smartphone game, Brawl Stars, is facing serious criticism due to its faulty Mega Pig rewards. According to reports, the system is broken and causing the game to crash. Even when it does work, the rewards from it are said to be disappointing.
Brawl Stars ‘Mega Pig rewards’ breaking the game
In Brawl Stars, the Mega Pig is a feature that rewards players with Coins, Power Points, and Bling.
Each win fills up the Mega Pig bank, which has five stages. Once the maximum stage is reached, additional rewards, such as Starr Drops, are awarded to Club members and players with the most wins during the season.
The Mega Pig is part of the Club League, offering various rewards for players and their clubs based on their performance in the game. However, according to multiple reports, it seems that whenever players try to collect their rewards, the game crashes.
As reports of issues piled up, the developers soon stepped in to address the situation. In an official statement on social media, the developers informed the players that they are currently investigating the issue and will soon issue a fix.
Disappointing rewards
Crashing the game is not the only issue. According to reports, the rewards dropping from the pig are very lackluster and useless. Alongside currencies and power points, the pig also rewards character pins.
However, according to player complaints, the pins are almost all the same. One player particularly reported receiving eight pins of the same character: Shelly. This issue has led to serious criticism among some players.
Unfortunately, the developers have not made any comments on this issue. So, for now, all the players can do is put blind faith in the RNG system and hope for the best.
