Boom Beach is a popular strategy game that lets you build your own island base and fight against other players in real-time battles.
Warships is a game mode where you can compete for ranks and rewards on a separate map that is unlocked at Headquarters level 10.
Warships chests are one of the ways to get rewards in Warships mode. They contain various items such as main base resources, unlock/upgrade tokens, statue fragments, shards, and intel.
Boom Beach Warships chests showing -1/6
However, some players have reported seeing a glitch in their Warships chests inventory, where it shows -1/6 instead of the correct number of chests available (1,2,3,4,5,6,7).
This issue seems to occur when a player tries to open a Warships Chest, but the game showing displays a -1/6 on the chest. So, some assumed it was a visual glitch and restarted the game.
But, when the player returns to the game, they see that the chest is still showing as -1/6, indicating that the game believes that the player has already opened one of the six chests they are allowed to open.
This issue prevents the player from opening any more Warships Chests, even though they have not actually opened all six chests. This is very frustrating.
I’m confused. My Warships chest timer says I have -1 chest available, not 0 but -1. Anyone else seen this on yours?

Yeah, I collected my 4 Chests yesterday and came back to see the -1 this morning. Also if you look closely there is a 2nd Banner with “‘ER Emote’ 0/8” behind the “No chests available” Banner.

Issue acknowledged
Fortunately, Boom Beach support didn’t take too long to acknowledge the Warships chests -1/6 issue and said that they are currently investigating it. However, they did not provide any ETA for the fix.
The ‘-1/6’ glitch in Warships chests inventory can be annoying and frustrating for players who want to claim their rewards and see their progress in Warships mode.
That being said, stay tuned to PiunikaWeb to know if and when there are any further developments regarding the issue.
