BLACKPINK THE GAME has taken the world by storm, captivating millions of fans and gaming enthusiasts with its immersive virtual experience centered around the internationally renowned K-pop girl group, BLACKPINK.

This game allows players to step into the shoes of virtual managers for the group, offering a unique opportunity to interact with the members, participate in their careers, and engage in exciting collaborations.

This has further solidified the cultural influence of BLACKPINK and the K-pop industry as a whole.

It has introduced a unique blend of music, fashion, and interactive gaming, showcasing the global impact of K-pop beyond the realm of music.

However, some players have reported issues with the game’s servers, such as disconnection and being unable to login in (1,2,3,4,5,6).

The affected players say that they are unable to access the game and continue their progress as they are unable to go past the loading screen.

A pop-up is displayed that say ‘Your connection to the server has been terminated’. Some have even reconnected their devices to a new network and even restarted the game but this issue prevails.

As it turns out, BLACKPINK THE GAME support has acknowledged an issue in the Southeast Asian server, and said that they are currently having emergency maintenance to fix it.

Maintenance is scheduled from 07:50 till 10:20 UTC, so servers should be back up after that. In Americas, Europe and Northeast Asian regions, schedule is from 10:05 till 11:05 UTC.

That being said, we will update this post if and when the BLACKPINK THE GAME game experiences an outage or the servers go down, so keep an eye out for the most up-to-date information.

03:02 pm (IST): Server maintenance is over, players can enjoy the game once again.

11:29 am (IST): BLACKPINK THE GAME players (1,2,3,4) are getting an error message that is preventing them from playing the game. The message says ‘Cannot enter as the channel is full’.

Fortunately, the devs are aware of this issue and are working on a fix:

06:29 pm (IST): Due to lack of reports this issue seems fixed.
