HBO Max recently gained a lot of popularity after Zack Snyder’s Justice League came out on the video on demand platform last month.

While users have been enjoying the Snyder cut on HBO Max, another DCEU movie made its way on the platform with several enhancements.

The remastered version of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice: Ultimate Edition became available on HBO Max last month.

This version included scenes shot on IMAX cameras with enhanced color as well as an expanded aspect ratio.

Also, the Batman v Superman remastered version became available on 4K Ultra HD and Digital Blu-ray earlier in April.

However, the remastered version with IMAX scenes was initially made available only for 4K devices.

The expanded aspect ratio and enhanced color might have been the reason but it is still based on our speculation.

This left many DCEU fans disappointed as they were rooting for the remastered version of BvS: Dawn of Justice: Ultimate Edition after the Snyder Cut of Justice League came out.

Now, it seems that HBO Max might have released the remastered version with IMAX scenes for non-4K devices as well.

This information comes from a recent Reddit report where a user has stated that the said version is now available for all devices.

Since there has been no official announcement on the matter so far, it is unclear whether the aforementioned report is indeed true or not.

So, if you are a HBO Max subscriber and own a non-4K device, feel free to drop a comment and let us know whether the remastered version is available for non-4K devices or not.

Nevertheless, it is good to see that HBO Max is offering what DCEU fans have been asking for quite some time.

That said, we will be back with more coverage related to everything tech as and when new information becomes available so stay tuned.
