LG revealed its Android 10 roadmap back in April placing the LG V35 ThinQ in Q2 2020 alongside the LG V50S ThinQ, LG V40 ThinQ, and LG G7 ThinQ.

As of this writing, the software has already been released to the V50S ThinQ, G7 ThinQ, V40 ThinQ and even the V50 ThinQ in various markets. Now joining the party is the AT&T LG V35 ThinQ Android 10 update.

When LG published the official Android 10 kernel source code for the V35 ThinQ a few days ago, we knew the update was pretty much imminent. Indeed, the software is now rolling out over the air with build number 30c.

LG isn’t the most prolific OEM when it comes to timely software updates. Things have certainly not improved over the recent past. Even so, the incoming AT&T LG V35 ThinQ Android 10 update is the second and last major OS update, as per the software update policy.

AT&T hasn’t updated the official V35 ThinQ software update page to reflect the latest developments. But it shouldn’t be long before we see Android 10-related release notes on this page.

It’s likely that AT&T is still monitoring the airborne update on a few V35 ThinQ units before going full-on with the wider rollout. Granted, some will get the download notification ahead of others.

Tech has been my playground for over a decade. While the Android journey began early, it truly took flight with the revolutionary Lollipop update. Since then, it's been a parade of Android devices (with a sprinkle of iOS), culminating in a mostly happy marriage with Google's smart home ecosystem. Expect insightful articles and explorations of the ever-evolving world of Android and Google products coupled with occasional rants on the Nest smart home ecosystem.
