Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Kenway's Fleet not working or loading, issue acknowledged

Hello @UbisoftSupport could you help me with Assassin’s Creed Black Flag 4 I am no longer able to use the Kenway fleet. I can’t load it in, it doesn’t say error or anything like that just keeps trying to log in yet nothing happens.

Furthermore, this issue appears to be widespread across different gaming platforms, affecting players on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.

Thankfully, Ubisoft has not turned a blind eye to this problem. Support has acknowledged the issue and confirmed that their development team is actively investigating it.

Despite the assurance that the issue is being looked into, no official ETA for the fix has been provided by Ubisoft.

In the meantime, players who encounter this issue are encouraged to submit support tickets to Ubisoft with details of their experiences.
