The popular online shooter, Apex Legends, appears to be grappling with several issues, with the most notable being a peculiar invisibility glitch that disrupts the balance of the battlefield. However, this is just the tip of the iceberg, as various other problems have surfaced during this ongoing season.
Apex Legends Invisibility Glitch
In this ongoing season, numerous players have reported encountering a unique and rather disorienting bug. Midway through a match, their characters inexplicably become invisible, granting them an unfair advantage over their opponents. This newfound power has led to complaints from both those experiencing it and their hapless opponents.
This glitch appears to manifest randomly and doesn’t seem tied to any specific in-game item. While the exact cause remains unclear, some reports hint at a possible trigger. According to certain players, the glitch tends to occur when a specific character, Revenant, is eliminated during the finisher animation. Furthermore, there is speculation that using Revenant’s mythical skin may increase the chances of encountering the glitch.

Additionally, there are reports of a similar issue involving the character Mirage. Some players claim that deploying Mirage’s ability, decoys, occasionally renders him invisible for a brief period during the decoy deployment.
Despite the significant impact of this issue on the game’s online environment, the developers have not issued an official statement on the matter.
Wrong Rank Rewards from S18
In addition to the invisibility glitch, some players have expressed frustration over receiving incorrect rewards from the previous season, specifically Season 18. Even after achieving the prestigious status of Masters during this season, several players assert that they did not receive the appropriate rewards they expected.
One player, for instance, reported not receiving the correct frame and badge, even after achieving Masters rank twice. Instead, they were awarded the rewards associated with the Diamond rank. This issue isn’t isolated, as multiple reports suggest that rewards have been downgraded for various players.
The journey of climbing the rank ladder in Apex Legends is a formidable task, making the disappointment of not receiving the promised rewards for reaching the highest ranks all the more disheartening.
Badges Missing Details in Apex Legends
Another concern raised by players involves badges that are granted as rewards and symbols of their accomplishments. Some players, particularly those who have achieved higher ranks, claim that these badges lack crucial but easily overlooked details.
These details may include missing white blocks in the corner, small wing insignias, and the like. Players have urged Respawn to rectify these issues so they can rightfully showcase their achievements.
Although there hasn’t been any official statement from the devs on this matter so far, but players are hoping these issues may get fixed in the upcoming update.
