[Update: Issue resolved] Apex Legends: Raiders Collection event progression bug troubles players, issue being looked into

Original story (published on December 11, 2021) follows:

‘Raiders’ is the most recent Collection Event to be held at Apex Legends. This one will bring new content and a pirate-based theming.

Apex Legends: Raiders Collection event has been available for a few days now. But, it seems that the progression system is not working properly. So, the players are not receiving their rewards.

According to multiple reports from Apex Legends players, there is a bug that paralyzes progression during the Raiders Collection event (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9).

Has Respawn addressed the Raiders Event problem?

Still stuck at 1250, and doing event challenges doesn’t progress where I am on the prize tracker.

I have seen other people here with the same issue, but stuck at different points on the tracker.

I have not seen Respawn address this problem anywhere on social media. Has anyone seen them say anything about this glitch and what they are going to do about it?

When players reach a certain point level, the progress counter reportedly gets stuck. So, the score doesn’t go up, even though players complete objectives and win matches (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8).

Yup. Both me and my bf are having the same thing. We both got stuck at 1500. It was working again for a little bit last night but stopped again with me at 1800 and him at 2200, and now both our dailies didn’t reset. We already didn’t get credit for 500 points of the challenges and now they aren’t resetting, either. Oddly, looking at the weeklies, the top bar for the event says he has 2800/2200. The event has 5k total so I dunno what’s going on but it’s all messed up.

In addition to the above, there are also problems with rewards. According to multiple reports, players have received some rewards, but they can’t find them in their inventory.

Is anyone not getting all the rewards frome the raiders event like right now in the prize traker it say ive gotten to the crypto skin wich i cant eaven equip or find in my cripto skins but if i go to match summary its shows that i have reached the alternator skin with 3800 points total

Recently, an EA Community Manager confirmed that they are already aware of the issues. For now, the bug is under investigation, without an ETA for a fix.

06:00 pm (IST): In a recent tweet, Respawn confirmed that the issue with rewards still persists, but the player’s progression is being tracked so they will receive all their rewards once the issue is fixed.

We’re aware of a bug keeping @playapex players from redeeming items in the Raider’s Prize Tracker. While we’re currently working on a fix, your progress is still being tracked and the items you’ve earned will be awarded. (Source)

03:50 pm (IST): Respawn has confirmed that all players who were impacted by the Raiders Prize Tracker bug will be granted the rewards they missed out on. However, players must log in by Jan 4 to get the items.

As a follow up to last week’s @playapex Raiders Prize Tracker bug: We will be granting players impacted all of the rewards they missed out on. Keep an eye out for those items tomorrow, Tuesday.
