Apex Legends new character Skunner abilities leaked by data miner

Apex Legends Season 2 is currently underway, and it has brought a lot of new content to the game. Apex Legends Season 2 has introduced a new legend ‘Wattson‘ to the game.

The latest season has also added solo mode to the game under the Iron Crown Collection event. Apex Legends was released in February 2019 when both Fortnite and PUBG were doing pretty great.

But Apex Legends was able to stand out because of its uniqueness, as it features various legends with different abilities and power. The game currently features ten characters including Bangalore, Mirage, Wraith, Gibraltar, Caustic, Wattson, Lifeline, Pathfinder, Bloodhound and Octane.

Apex Legends Season 3 will start around October 1, 2019, and is expected to bring in new legends to the game. For past few weeks, many leaks and rumours have been floating around regarding the new Apex Legends characters.

Earlier, data miners unearthed images and abilities about characters like Nomad and Crypto. But now a data miner named Tha1MiningGuy has found a new legend in the game files.

The name of the new legend in the data mined files is “Skunner.” The character was also previously data mined alongside other leaked legends under the nickname ‘Crafty Trapper’.

However, this time, Tha1MiningGuy has been able to find the abilities of the ‘Skunner’ in the game files. According to the data mined results, Skunner is expected to have the following abilities.

Debris Trap

Drop a pile of debris that slows and damages enemies when they move through it.

Schiltrom Barrier Grenade

Instantly create a spiked barrier made from rapid hardening resin.

Light Step

You are not slowed by debris traps and do not leave traversal evidence for trackers. However, ‘Tha1MiningGuy’ has not been able to find its ultimate ability yet. Over the past few weeks, we have seen leaks about Nomad, Rosie, and Crypto.

It will be really interesting to see which new legend will be the first to mark its entry into the game. Many fans are predicting that Crypto will be added to the game during the start of Apex Legends Season 3.

Speaking of Apex Legends Season 3, during the EA’s earnings call, a few details regarding the Apex Legends Season 3 were revealed which have been listed below.

It is interesting to note that the mobile launch of Apex Legends is under development. PUBG is very popular in its mobile version, so there is a possibility that the launch of the mobile version of the game may increase its popularity furthermore.
