Developed by Respawn Entertainment, Apex Legends Mobile is a free-to-play battle royale game that is available for platforms like Android and iOS.

It is available in four game modes like Battle Royale, Gun Game, and Hack which can be played at different levels.

The game features a roster of unique characters, and it is safe to say that it has received positive reviews for its smooth gameplay and design.

However, it will be shutting down soon, something that isn’t going down well with the game’s community.

The game, which was released on May 17, 2022, will be shutting down on May 1, 2023, making it one of the quickest EA games to be shut down.

Respawn’s announcement stated that they would not be providing refunds for real money purchases, as per the terms of the EA User Agreement.

This decision has caused a lot of frustration among players, with some taking to social media to voice their discontent.

Some have pointed out that since Google Stadia refunded all players who purchased games, EA and Respawn should do the same given that they spent money on purchasing battle passes and other in-game items.

Affected players are frustrated and feel cheated, as they have invested time and money into the game only for it to be shut down a year after.
