Apex Legends, the FPS battle royale developed by Respawn Entertainment, received an update recently. However, the update brought some issues related to Bangalore’s story event.

According to multiple reports, the Apex Legends weapons FOV gets stuck at 70° or changes constantly during matches after completing Bangalore’s event.

there is an FOV bug in the game that put your setting way down low so that you feel like a literally snail in the game. its unplayable now. its like my fov is at 60 and I’m playing from the front row seats in a cinema looking at the big screen.

after doing the williams goodbye’s final challenge, make sure to restart your game if your FOV remains at 70 even tho you have it higher, its a visual glitch after watching the little bangalore speach to her brother, cause the FOV there is 70 and it makes you play like that unless you restart your game

FOV problem P2020 – Arenas

Anyone else having issues when zooming with P2020 in arenas? Every time I zoom in when the match starts, I’m stuck for a few seconds while zoomed and then a delayed zoom happens (way more than the intended zoom for a P2020) and it stays stuck like that for the whole match.

Respawn Entertainment is already aware of the issue and is working on a fix. The update including the fix is expected to be deployed next week.

Players unable to aim with ADS after completing Bangalore’s event

Apex Legends players are also facing an issue where they are unable to aim correctly with ADS, as they cannot move their cursor or reticle freely after completing Bangalore’s event (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9).

ADS problem after “Finale”

After finishing the Finale for Bangalore’s story, going into a match of control I was unable to look while ADS. I could move the reticle a very small amount, but not enough to track a target or even control recoil. Glad the CAR has great hip fire.
